All to insure that each bag, each delicious mouth full of Gerbs has an all-natural shelf life of ONE year! Put simply, our customers demand consistency, and they know that each batch of Gerbs are the freshest seed available on the market, because they don’t sit around for weeks and weeks before getting packaged like our competition.

Unlike other commercial chocolates that are mass produced in giant factories and chemically enhanced to increase shelf life and product stability, our sweet varieties use only the finest all natural ingredients, as a result our product is especially sensitive to excessive temperatures, environments, and best consumed within 9 months. Please note, our milk & dark chocolate Pumpkin Seed Cluster lines are made on shared equipment in a facility that DOES handle peantus & tree nuts, and by some standards, they cannot be considered 100% peanut & tree nut free, but they are still:
